DRYFT World is looking for an experienced and creative Digital Marketing Executive to strengthen our digital presence, grow our audiences and deliver measurable online results.
This is a varied, hands-on role combining creative content production with data-led marketing. You’ll work across social media, SEO, paid advertising, website optimisation and analytics - taking campaigns from initial idea and planning through to delivery, optimisation and reporting.
We’re looking for a collaborative, highly communicative marketer who enjoys sharing ideas and working closely with others. You’ll be comfortable asking questions, constructively challenging ideas and translating digital performance data into clear recommendations that colleagues can understand and act upon.
What you’ll be doing
Social media and content.
Develop and manage our social media strategy in line with wider marketing and business objectives.
Manage the day-to-day running of DRYFT World’s social media accounts.
Create and maintain content calendars in collaboration with our graphic designers, videographers and wider marketing team.
Produce engaging, social-first content, including short-form video, photography, graphics, animation and platform-specific copy.
Plan and coordinate studio, office and on-location content shoots.
Edit video and photography using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve and Photoshop.
Create motion graphics and animated content using Adobe After Effects, Blender or similar tools where appropriate.
Adapt content for different platforms, audiences and formats while maintaining a consistent brand voice.
Monitor social channels, respond to comments and messages, and encourage positive community engagement.
Identify relevant trends, formats and conversations that present opportunities for the brand.
SEO and Organic Search
Plan and deliver practical SEO activity that improves search visibility and increases organic traffic.
Conduct keyword research and identify new search opportunities.
Optimise website copy, landing pages, metadata, headings, internal links and other on-page elements.
Work with colleagues to identify and address technical and content-related SEO opportunities.
Monitor search performance and rankings using Google Search Console, Google Analytics and relevant SEO platforms.
Stay informed about algorithm changes, emerging search trends and SEO best practice.
Paid Digital Marketing
Plan, create and manage paid campaigns across relevant digital platforms.
Manage and optimise paid social activity on channels such as Meta, Instagram and TikTok.
Support paid search campaigns, including Google Ads where appropriate.
Apply audience targeting, creative testing and budget optimisation to improve campaign performance.
Monitor costs, traffic, conversions and return on investment.
Work with creative colleagues to test different advertising concepts, messages and formats.
Analytics and Optimisation
Use Google Analytics 4 and other analytics tools to monitor website and campaign performance.
Track traffic, acquisition, engagement, conversions and customer behaviour.
Establish meaningful KPIs across social media, SEO, paid advertising and website activity.
Produce regular reports and clearly communicate insights to the wider marketing team.
Turn performance data into practical recommendations and actions.
Continually test, measure and optimise digital activity.
Social Media and Email Campaigns
Create and schedule social media content and email campaigns using Mailchimp and other relevant platforms.
Collaborate with the wider team to develop engaging content that supports marketing and communications objectives.
Adapt video, photography and motion assets for different social media channels and email campaigns.
Support content planning and scheduling while maintaining a consistent visual presence across social and email communications.
Website and Integrated Campaigns
Work with internal teams and external partners to maintain and improve our digital presence.
Identify opportunities to enhance website content, landing pages, user journeys and conversion rates.
Ensure website content is accurate, engaging, search-optimised and aligned with wider marketing activity.
Identify issues involving website performance, tracking or user journeys and help coordinate their resolution.
Manage integrated digital campaigns from concept through to evaluation.
Maintain organised libraries of photography, video and design assets.
Ensure published content is accurate, accessible and consistent with brand guidelines.
Contribute ideas and recommendations to the wider marketing strategy.
Essential Experience and Skills
You must be able to demonstrate extensive experience in a digital marketing role covering multiple channels.
Demonstrable experience managing social media for a business, brand or organisation.
Strong knowledge of major social platforms, including their audiences, formats, algorithms and publishing tools.
Practical SEO experience, including keyword research, on-page optimisation and organic-performance analysis.
Proven experience using Google Analytics 4 and interpreting website and campaign data.
Experience with Google Search Console or comparable search-performance tools.
Practical paid-advertising experience, particularly paid social and ideally Google Ads.
A sound understanding of digital marketing funnels, acquisition, audience targeting, engagement and conversion.
The ability to translate data into practical marketing improvements.
Experience producing social-first content, particularly short-form video.
Strong copywriting, proofreading and visual-storytelling skills.
Practical videography, photography and editing experience.
Experience using social media scheduling, publishing and reporting platforms.
Strong campaign-planning, project-management and organisational skills.
The ability to manage competing priorities, deadlines and stakeholders.
Confident written and verbal communication skills.
A creative eye combined with an analytical and commercially minded approach.
The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a wider team.
Desirable Experience
Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
SEO tools such as Semrush, Ahrefs or Screaming Frog.
Conversion tracking, GA4 events and Google Tag Manager.
Email-marketing platforms such as Mailchimp.
Content-management systems such as Shopify or WordPress.
Conversion-rate optimisation and A/B testing.
Motion graphics, animation or visual effects.
Blender or other 3D software.
Integrated marketing campaigns.
A strong portfolio covering social media, digital campaigns, video, photography and creative work.
