Sustainable choices
“At DRYFT, we’re not just redefining floor cleaning with five-star performance and revolutionary results - we’re bringing that same level of innovation to sustainability. Every component of DRYFT is designed with the environment in mind, from our machines’ high-efficiency operation to our 100% recyclable cardboard packaging.
Reducing our carbon footprint is at the heart of our mission. We’re actively investing in the development of plastic components made entirely from recycled materials, and we’ve set our sights on establishing a fully self-sufficient factory here in Sheffield within the next three years.
Our vision is clear: world-class cleaning solutions that care for both your floors and the planet. Together, we can achieve a cleaner, greener future.”
- Imre Killi, Inventor & CEO
Our environmental responsibility
Our commitment to environmental responsibility drives every decision, from design to manufacturing, ensuring that our products leave a lasting impact on cleanliness, not the planet.
The traditional approach to cleaning machines has created a cycle of inefficiency: unreliable machines that frequently break down, technicians traveling long distances in fuel-burning vehicles, and eventual disposal after a short lifespan. This cycle generates excessive carbon emissions and environmental waste.
DRYFT is changing that. By engineering machines that are robust, reliable, and designed for long-term use, we eliminate unnecessary breakdowns, technician callouts, and the environmental costs of premature disposal.
Sustainable packaging with high recycled content
DRYFT’s packaging is built with sustainability in mind, using responsibly sourced materials with a high recycled content. Both the main accessory box and the head insert are made from board containing a minimum of 80% and up to 83% recycled material, while the main accessory box includes 67% to 72% recycled content. All packaging components are FSC-certified, ensuring that the materials come from well-managed, sustainable forests. This packaging approach reflects DRYFT’s commitment to reducing environmental impact without compromising on quality or protection.

-
Longevity and reliability first
The sustainability of a product isn’t just about how it’s made - it’s about how long it lasts. With innovative engineering, precision manufacturing, and a focus on durability, DRYFT machines are built to stand the test of time.
-
Reducing water and chemical waste
Traditional cleaning methods rely on excessive water and harsh chemicals, often resulting in waste and incomplete cleaning. DRYFT machines feature precise fluid distribution systems, reducing water and chemical consumption by up to 85% while ensuring 100% floor cleaning coverage.
-
Sustainable manufacturing practices
We’re on a mission to produce machines with recycled materials wherever possible without compromising performance or reliability. By manufacturing key components in-house at our Sheffield factory, we uphold rigorous quality standards while reducing environmental impact.
