Redefining ergonomics
in professional floor cleaning.

Proudly shortlisted for the Innovation Award 2026

Floor cleaning shouldn’t cause long-term injury. Yet for thousands of operators, it does. DRYFT was designed to change that.

Ergonomically designed for worker welfare - reducing strain and fatigue during prolonged cleaning tasks.

How widespread are MSDs in cleaning?

In a survey of interiors cleaners, 74% reported experiencing muscular aches, pains and discomfort in the last year. Medical advice for these aches and pains had been sought by 52% of those affected.*

The main body areas of concern were low back (46%), neck (33%), knees (24%), right shoulder (23%) and right wrist/hand (22%).

Traditional machines all have limitations…

Manual mopping is one of the biggest causes of MSD’s in cleaning contractors. Carrying heavy buckets, bending over whilst mopping, repetitive movements all risk the users experiencing back pain and joint pain.

T-Handle scrubbers require the user to twist their wrists when holding the handle creating an un natural position. When the operators needs to turn the machine 180 degrees, especially in tight areas such as bathrooms -
this puts the users joints at risk.”

Handle for all user heights

The short handle reduces the machine height by 2.5”/6.5cm, making it ideal for users 5.6”/168cm and under.

Designed for smooth movement and reduced risk of injury

DRYFT’s lightweight, ergonomic design allows operators to maintain a neutral upper and lower grip while using signature S-Motion - delivering controlled, fluid movement without straining the upper arm or wrist.

Designed to protect operators. Built to boost productivity.

Traditional walk-behind scrubber dryers can force awkward, repetitive movement — long, slow passes at walking pace that increase fatigue over a shift. DRYFT was designed to change that, supporting smoother, more natural movement to help reduce strain while cleaning.

And when you need to move fast, DRYFT’s ultra-fast S-Motion can cover a 1.6-metre width in a single pass (instead of four), cutting walking by 75% and speeding up commercial floor cleaning.
Watch the video to see how DRYFT helps teams clean faster with less strain — and leave a clean, safe, dry floor.

Transportation made effortless

The world’s lightest S-Motion scrubber dryer - built to move fast between sites, floors, and facilities.

DRYFT is built for teams in motion.

From stairwells to long corridors to multi-site shifts, it’s designed to keep you moving without slowing down or overloading the operator.

Switch to transport mode to wheel DRYFT smoothly across larger buildings. When you need to lift, the carry handle sits at arm’s length so you can pick up and go with your back straight - no bending needed.

Ergonomically designed for worker welfare

A big factor of ergonomics is productivity, if a new method enables the operator to do the job faster, that means less work, less strain, and less risk of MSD’s.

This video demonstrates how DRYFT’s ability to clean the whole floor, and removing the need for manual mopping, reduces the overall cleaning time by 75%. Less walking, less bending over whilst mopping - less risk overall.

Cleaning Technology

DRYFT’s revolutionary 4200rpm scrubbing technology enables DRYFT to clean so much faster than other equipment and manual mops.

It took 3 years of research and development to fine tune this mechanism to ensure there was minimal vibration experienced by the operator a significant technological achievement.

Users get confused what setting they should use on different floor surfaces. We made it simple, 2 modes 1 for smooth floors and 1 for rough floors.

There are four methods to store DRYFT.

  • DRYFT scrubber dryer standing beside a protective DRYFT carry case, showing padded storage that keeps the system secure, organised, and ready to move between sites.

    DRYFT Case

Purpose-built with protective padding and smart storage to keep your DRYFT system secure and ready for use.

  • DRYFT scrubber dryer parked upright on its head stand, showing stable, space-saving storage so the machine can be left safely between cleans.

    Head Stand

    Park DRYFT up anywhere.

  • DRYFT resting against a table edge with the bent handle supporting the machine, showing a simple table-stand storage method that helps prevent slipping.

    Table Stand

Support DRYFT against a table, the bend in the handle ensures it will not slip off the edge.

  • DRYFT leaning against a wall using the non-slip handle grip, showing quick wall-stand storage that keeps the machine secure and out of the way.

    Wall Stand

Rest DRYFT against a wall with its non slip handle.

Built for mobile cleaning teams on the move, the DRYFT Case keeps your kit protected, organised, and ready to deploy. Smooth-rolling wheels make transport effortless - whether you’re moving through large sites or loading in and out of vehicles - so you arrive faster, stay in control, and DRYFT anywhere with zero fuss.

A purpose-built fit helps keep everything stable in transit, reducing knocks and downtime between jobs.

Fast-change pads. Cleaner transitions.

When every second counts, the cleanest gains come from the changeover.

DRYFT keeps mobile teams moving-zone to zone- without breaking momentum. Swap pads in seconds with the rapid-change magnetic MAGplate, use clear colour coding to protect hygiene standards, and keep every site working at DRYFT speed.

Watch how fast DRYFT transitions.

Faster Changeovers. Smarter Hygiene.

Traditional rotary brush changes often mean awkward pull-and-twist movements that slow operators down and add strain. DRYFT simplifies the switch with a magnetic pad holder and colour-coded pads - so it’s instantly obvious what’s in use (and where it belongs).

The result…

Faster transitions between zones, clearer standards, and a cleaner workflow across every site.

DRYFT Ergonomics Features

A perfectly ergonomic product is worth nothing if it doesn’t clean.
Cleaning performance is a must.
