We’re delighted to welcome Marius Remeikis to DRYFT as International Business Development Manager.
Marius brings extensive experience in partnership building, strategic growth, and international market development, with a strong focus on creating long-term relationships and tailored solutions for customers and partners.
At DRYFT, Marius will support the continued growth of our international partner and distributor network, helping bring DRYFT’s revolutionary floor cleaning technology to more customers across Europe and beyond.

Q&A with Marius
Tell us a little about your background…
I’ve spent over 20 years working in business development, partnerships, and customer growth, mainly focused on helping businesses build stronger relationships, identify new opportunities, and develop long-term commercial partnerships. I’ve worked across a variety of sectors and markets, and I’ve always enjoyed the people side of business - understanding needs, solving problems, and building trust.
What attracted you to DRYFT?
DRYFT is at an exciting stage of its journey. The product is genuinely innovative, the team is passionate about technology innovation and development, and there is huge potential to grow internationally. The fact that DRYFT is invented, developed, and manufactured in Sheffield also makes it especially meaningful to me. It is fantastic to be part of a business that is not only taking revolutionary technology to the world but also creating career opportunities for talent here in Sheffield.
What will your role focus on?
My focus will be supporting the growth of DRYFT’s international partner and distributor network across Europe and beyond. I’ll be working closely with distributors, resellers, facilities management providers, cleaning contractors, hospitality groups, healthcare organisations, and commercial cleaning professionals to introduce DRYFT’s revolutionary floor cleaning technology to new markets.
What is your approach to partnerships?
For me, strong partnerships are built on trust, clear communication, and mutual success. I believe in taking the time to understand each partner’s market, customers, and goals, then working together to create opportunities that deliver long-term value.
What excites you most about joining DRYFT?
I’m excited by the energy, ambition, and innovation within the business. I’ve been impressed by the welcome from the DRYFT team during my first week, and it’s already clear there is a real passion here for technology innovation and development. I’m excited to be part of the next stage of DRYFT’s international growth.
