Step-by-step instructions
-
1. Identify the correct orientation of the lightbox wall.
You should build the unit with the feet where it will stand, allowing a 2-meter leeway from any walls or hard surfaces.
• Lay out the aluminium panels on the floor (note that the floor and ceiling pieces contain LED strips).
• Make sure to identify each part, and the difference in the sides/floor pieces.
-
2. Connect each side together.
• Ensure the correct sides have connected properly and are secure.
• Ensure that the magnetic pin is connected on both sides of the LED strip.
-
3. Slide on TV bracket to the ceiling piece, facing upwards.
• You may need to slide this on from the middle of the ceiling piece by disconnecting it first.
• Make sure that both pieces of the bracket are hung correctly.
• Do not fully secure the TV bracket, in case of needing adjustment.
-
4. Connect the ceiling pieces to the sides to create the frame.
Ensure to secure each corner.
-
5. Attach the supports and click into place.
Ensure you place the two types in the correct orientation.
-
6. Connect the bottom pieces to the sides and connect the LED wiring.
• Make sure the frame is secure.
-
7. Locate the front graphic and check the pre-cut holes.
-
8. Place the graphic over the frame ensuring the holes align with the TV bracket.
-
9. Begin pushing the graphic into place until it is taught with no loose sides.
-
10. Slide in the feet, ensuring the pathway is clear, and press the connector firmly down.
• Make sure the connector grips the feet in place securely.
• The feet should be flush with the bottom of the frame.
• You may need to remove the corner of the graphic to get a clear view.
-
11. Lift the stand onto its feet.
Please be aware of your own manual handling and the safety of others.
-
12. Check the structure and secure if needed.
Everything should now look aligned and stable.
-
13. Check the alignment of the TV bracket against the pre-cut access holes in the graphic.
• Adjust the bracket where necessary by sliding the bracket across the ceiling.
• Secure the TV bracket in place by tightening the bolts.
-
14. Attach the brochure holder within the mouth of the frame by placing it onto the graphic and securing the mount from behind.
• The mount should sit in the mouth of the TV bracket, placing the weight against the TV bracket not the graphic.
-
15. Place the TV through the pre-cut holes vertically and secure onto the bracket using the wingnuts from behind.
• You may need a second person to do this.
• Ensure the power cable is at the top of the TV.
-
16. Wire all cables through the access ports.
-
17. Plug in the frame LEDSs and the TV to power outlets using reasonable caution.
-
18. Turn on the TV and load the content using the USB stick.
-
19. Add the brochures to the holder and check its stability.
-
20. Add the back graphic if needed, by pushing in the sides of the graphic as before.
• Be aware of cabling when moving around the frame.
• You may need a step stool, ladder, or second person to reach the top of the frame comfortably.
-
21. Roll out the floor mat
Secure to the floor if possible.
